Family Ministry - Care and Support Team (C.A.S.T):  We provide support during bereavement and illness by providing a meal, a card, or maybe just a phone call.  We have several shut-ins that we keep a check on and sometimes we even provide a ride to a doctor appointment.  Our goal is to be of service to anyone at any time.

Cotton Tops - Senior Adult Ministry:  We like to travel with Kelly Tours for day trips, get together in our beautiful social hall and fellowship over food and sometimes games and prizes.  We love to support local entities.  Sometimes we go out for a movie or lunch and on occasion we attend events at the Savannah Theatre.  Be sure to bring a friend, ALL ARE WELCOME, you don't have to have a cotton top to be part of COTTON TOPS!

Men's Firepit Group:  A Christ-centered Men's Ministry presents an opportunity for men to walk together with like-minded brothers, growing together in knowledge and understanding of God's word and encouraging one another.  Men's ministry provides a safe place to work together in this transformation process.  A place where we can be accepted, encouraged, and loved but also be tested as well as strive together to attain God's good, pleasing, and perfect will for our lives.

Women's Association:  Join the women of Bethesda Church as we grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord, and think through practical applications to everyday life. We organize missions for women, children, & youth locally and around the world.  We engage in a variety of fundraising activities during the year to support various mission projects.  

Youth Ministry - Grades 6-12:  We want all or our youth to know Jesus Christ and to find their ultimate joy and satisfaction in Him.  We have designed our youth ministry to deepen understanding of the greatness of our God, and to give encouragement in the pursuit of godliness. Bethesda Church Youth Ministry strive to help all youth discover (through worship, study, and service) the will of God for the church, and take active participation in the life and mission of the church to lead all young people into deep religious experience and fellowship with Jesus Christ.  They seek to provide leadership training, opportunities for spiritual growth, evangelistic outreach by and for the youth, and support the renewal in the life of the church.  Find purpose and fun in the Youth Group of Bethesda.

Children's Ministry (SPROUTS) - Grades K-5:  We are planting seeds of knowledge and love in our SPROUT's hearts while learning about Jesus and His love in our journey through the Bible on Wednesday nights. 

Prayer Ministry: Both a behind-the-scenes ministry and an educational ministry with the goal to pray not only for local needs, but also for national and international concerns.  Prayer emphasis on special days of prayer such as National Day of Prayer for the Nation on the 1st Thursday in May, September 11 anniversary, and International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church on the 1st Sunday in November.  We write a weekly prayer for the bulletin and a monthly prayer column for the Bethesda Beacon newsletter. Church members and others may request intercessory prayer through the church office.  These requests are sent to church members by email as they are received, making all interested members part of an instant prayer chain.  If requested, these requests are printed in the bulletin and newsletter for continued prayer.
